After years of suffering from leaks in his cooperative apartment ceiling, a young man flees to his uncle’s apartment. There he finds an assortment of lost souls who have sub-let the apartment. When the uncle suddenly returns, a plethora of problems are played out in the overpopulated apartment. A dry ceiling and high art in the theater co-op politics and even a needed green card.
