Once you are a member, then what?

If you are accepted as an Actor, we suggest that you present a monologue at your earliest opportunity to give you visibility and help give the writers and other members an idea of your ability. As a member, you are entitled to bring in a memorized monologue at any time and/or read a scene with another ARTC actor. The scene can be original or by an established playwright. If you desire to bring in a scene off book and directed by an ARTC member, that is also an option. ARTC has a number of directors who may be willing to direct your reading of a scene, or help with a monologue. We encourage you to use the Workshop to your advantage. Book time with the Scheduling Director for the year (See Staff List) and mention you are a new member.
